Doctorate degree (Ph.D.) in Finance from Universiti Malaysia Perlis, Malaysia (with a thesis titled “Working Capital Management, Firm Innovativeness and Firm Value: A Comparative Study between Malaysia and Singapore Public Listed Firms”). Master’s degree (MSc) in Finance from Universiti Utara Malaysia. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from University of Lagos, Nigeria. Previous teaching experience from School of Business Innovation and Technopreneurship, Universiti Malaysia Perlis, Malaysia. Participated as a research team member in research grant on “Fully Integrated Student Entrepreneurial Mapping and Entrepreneurial Knowledge Management System” and “Innovation Investment, Corporate Governance, Networking and Firm Value: A Comparative Study on Government Linked Companies and Non-Government Linked Companies in Malaysia and Singapore” funded by the Entrepreneurship unit – Ministry of Higher Education, Malaysia.
