AUN Launches Maiden Edition of Journal of Business and Entrepreneurship

The American University of Nigeria (AUN) has published the maiden edition of its Journal of Business and Entrepreneurship (AUNJBE), providing a platform for research that can advance business knowledge, entrepreneurship, and economic development.

The AUNJBE is part of AUN Journals and reflects the university’s mission as a development university to connect academic research with practical challenges and opportunities. Through the publication, researchers can share insights relevant to entrepreneurial practice, policymaking, and economic development.

AUN President Prof. DeWayne P. Frazier commended the faculty and editorial leadership for bringing the initiative to fruition. “This is excellent and very much appreciated,” President Frazier stated.

Provost Prof. Bolade Oyeyinka Agboola also congratulated Dean Kani and the editorial team, acknowledging their collaborative efforts in bringing the first edition to completion.

Announcing the publication to the university community, Editor-in-Chief of AUN Journals Prof. Adewale James thanked the university’s management, editorial committee, and technical teams for their roles in making the release possible. “I am delighted to officially inform you that Dr. Yusuf Kani, Editor-in-Chief of the AUN Journal of Business and Entrepreneurship (AUNJBE), and the entire AUN Journal Team have successfully published the maiden edition of AUNJBE,” Prof. James noted.

Dr. Yusuf Kani, Editor-in-Chief of the journal, also expressed appreciation to the university’s leadership and the wider academic community for supporting the publication. “On behalf of the editorial team of the AUN Journal of Business and Entrepreneurship (AUNJBE), I wish to express our sincere appreciation to the President, the Provost, the Editor-in-Chief of AUN Journals, the editors, authors, reviewers, and all those whose invaluable contributions made the successful launch of the maiden edition of the journal possible,” Dr. Kani remarked.

The inaugural edition is available to researchers, policymakers, and practitioners, alongside submission guidelines for future issues, on the journal’s website: https://journals.aun.edu.ng/index.php/aunjbe/index.
