A research collaboration between Theoneste Manishimwe, Lukeman Raimi, and Chidinma Julius Azubuike has been published in the academic journal Springer.
The study by Theoneste Manishimwe, a Ph.D. candidate in the School of Business & Entrepreneurship, Professor Lukman Raimi, a former faculty in the SchoolSchool, and Ms. Chidinma Julius Azubuike, an alum who graduated from the School, a paper titled "Customer-centric influence of entrepreneurial marketing on business performance of hotels in Nigeria during the COVID-19 crisis" was published on May 19, 2023, in the journal of Revenue and Pricing Management.
Leveraging resource-based theory (RBT), the researchers explored six entrepreneurial marketing (EM) dimensions that influence the business performance of hotels in Lagos and Yola during the COVID-19 crisis; the study examines the influence of customer-centric EM dimensions on business performance measures in the hotel segment of the hospitality industry in two states in Nigeria Lagos and Yola.
