On June 11, the Early Learning Center graduated 15 pupils from the Play Group. Established in April 2014, the AUN pre-school caters to the needs of children aged two months to three years.
The Supervisor of the Center, Etido Usoh, said the pupils have grown in all areas of their lives.
“When some of them started, they cried for a while, but now they always look up to a new day to go to school, including weekends. I’m so proud of them.”
Mrs. Usoh said the core objective of the Center is to help each child to develop his/her potential through flexible instructional methods.
“The journey so far has been full of ups and downs, but most importantly, I must confess that I have had the best fun of my life. These children are the success in my story and I am indeed very happy today.”
And for the teachers and caregivers, she said they have been very committed and compassionate. “They always trigger interests, ignite curiosity, and show love to our pupils.”
The Administrator of AUN Schools, Nkem Uzowulu, also thanked parents for entrusting their children to them.
“It can only take a lion’s heart to send these babies to us at these tender ages.”
Mrs. Uzowulu added that it is an exciting feeling to see the children transit to elementary school.
