On May 9, to prevent the spread of the deadly “Type C Meningitis,” Mr. AUN Kazayet Zachariah, Miss AUN Mbali Mokgatla, and Miss Stallion Kebone Mofokeng, spearheaded a free meningitis vaccination exercise for internally displaced persons at St. Theresa’s Catholic Church, Lugere.

On May 16, trucks loaded with farming tools - pitchforks, shovels, and hoes - as well as varieties of seed crops, went to four local governments: Maiha, Mubi South, Mubi North, and Michika.

At this year’s Stallion Awards Dinner on April 22, Mr. AUN, Miss AUN, and Miss Stallion had a chance to present their social responsibility project to the AUN community.

One hundred and fifty women from the surrounding communities have graduated from a skills and literacy training that was organized by the AUN Community Service office.

The Easter weekend that began on Good Friday, April 14, had a series of activities that offered a relaxation opportunity for everyone.

As part of his personal community service project of “bringing awareness to the lack of maintenance and environmental cleanliness in Nigeria”, serving Corps member Okpani Jude Ndukwe, on April 6, remodeled a neglected effigy of NYSC members, erected a billboard sign, and distributed wastebaskets and handbills to commercial motorists around the Jimeta metropolis.
