AUN has one of the most attractive and modern campuses in Nigeria. The University currently operates on two sites. The main campus sits on over 2,400 acres.

University buildings include fifteen  student dormitories; a general purpose building (Peter Okocha Hall) which houses an interim library and administrative offices; a cafeteria; an Arts & Sciences building with over forty professorial offices, sixteen science and IT laboratories, and several classrooms. Construction on the first phase of the new library and additional dormitories is currently in progress.

AUN also has several other auxiliary facilities around the campus. These include a modern Hotel, a University Club, an ICT Center, and a Printing Press. The University recently opened an Agricultural Entrepreneurship School on a local farmstead near the campus.
