Meeting with Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nation Head of Program for Nigeria

American University held a meeting with Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nation Head of Program for Nigeria Mr. Michael Oyat on the 6th and 7th April, 2018.

The purpose of his visit is to further increase the synergy between the Food and Agriculture organization of the United Nation, Nigeria and the American University of Nigeria where we discussed heavily on our projects implementations. He also had a meeting with other Adamawa state implementing partners at FAO office.

Mr. Oyat added that FAO has much confidence on AUN because of the quality of work AUN is rendering and and so they are ever ready to continue partnering with AUN to realize this very important missions.

Mr Oyats’ question about the relationship between Atiku Center and Atiku the Presidential candidate was answered by Mr Babayo, stating that Atiku center for leadership and Entrepreneurship Development ( AC-LEAD) is a unit under American University of Nigeria that is responsible for all the development projects and the center is named after the former Vice President of Nigeria Atiku Abubakar who is one among the founders of the great institution.
